 vérifié Very, very, relaxing ☺Location is perfect. 3 minutes walk to the beach and town. The flat is comfortable, well designed with good air conditioning. Great Terrace to sit out on. Beautiful walk up the hill behind from the back door - with nightingales singing all up the valley. The owner visited and made sure everything was fine. Morgane the property manager was always available. Collioure is a great place. We meant to travel around a bit but just relaxed in Collioure most of the time. ☹Nothing

La localisation de l'appartement est vraiment parfaite à deux pas du centre et des plages et au départ d'une randonnée exceptionnelle. Le lieu est très calme car piéton. Ce qui est très important est le garage car vous ne pouvez vous garez à Collioure (peu de places et très très cher). Merci à Morgane pour son accueil et ses bons conseils sur la région. Designed to offer absolute comfort for 4 guests, this bright accommodation is located in a small, peaceful residence of 4 apartments in the highly sought-after Faubourg district.

The Accommodation: modern comfort and Catalan charm

Just 3 minutes on foot from Boutigue Beach and the shops, and a 10-minute walk from Collioure’s historic town centre, this air-conditioned apartment has been designed with every detail in mind for your holiday:

A warm and welcoming living space: The entrance opens onto a cosy, tastefully decorated main room featuring a comfortable lounge with TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen for preparing all your local specialties.
Two flexible bedrooms (new bedding): * A first master bedroom with a double bed 140×200 cm and a large storage cupboard.
- A second flexible bedroom, ideal for children or another couple, with the choice of two single beds 80×200 cm or one large double bed 160×200 cm (with cupboard).
A modern bathroom: An adjoining bathroom with a double basin and a large, comfortable shower cubicle. The toilet is separate.

The little extra that makes all the difference: From the kitchen, you can access a pleasant furnished outdoor balcony. It is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee in the sun or share a meal outdoors.
