 10vérifié Tout était parfait! ☺ Le logement, situé à 10 minutes de la mer et du centre de Collioure, est extrêmement pratique, ce qui évite d'avoir à utiliser la voiture. De plus un  parking sécurisé est sur place. Nous étions deux dans cet agréable appartement refait à neuf, moderne et bien équipé et nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous ! La remise des clés à notre arrivée et à notre départ s'est effectuée par l'intermédiaire d'une personne disponible et très sympathique. De plus, le propriétaire a été très attentif à nos besoins, un bel accueil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. ☹ Aucune critique.

Ideal for up to 4 guests, this bright accommodation combines contemporary comfort and a privileged location to offer you an unforgettable experience in the heart of the famous village of painters.

The accommodation: a modern space for 4 guests

Located on the first floor (accessible by stairs), this functional apartment has been designed with families and couples in mind:

The living area: A welcoming space featuring a cosy lounge with flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully fitted open-plan kitchen (including fridge, dishwasher, 3-burner hob, plus filter and pod coffee machines for your mornings). A separate toilet cleverly completes this level.
The flexible sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: A master bedroom with two 90×200 cm beds that can be joined to form a large double bed, depending on your needs, with its own adjoining shower room featuring a modern shower.
- Bedroom 2 (Cabin room): A sleeping nook perfect for children (aged 6 and over), with 90×190 cm bunk beds.

The exteriors: covered terrace, pool, and private parking

A terrace for al fresco dining: Enjoy a pleasant covered terrace with garden furniture. It is the ideal place to relax after a beach day or to enjoy your meals in the shade.
Pool and relaxation: By staying at the Loha apartment, you benefit from secure access to the residence’s shared outdoor pool, which includes a large pool and a children’s pool (open from June 15 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
Free private parking: Forget the stress of parking in Collioure! A private parking space is reserved for you within the secure residence.

Practical information for your stay

Ideal location: You will stay in a quiet area, only 400 metres from Boutigue Beach and 800 metres from the famous Royal Castle of Collioure and the historic centre.
Comfort amenities: The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and a private washing machine.
